Ltd. was established in 2010 with an aim to provide outsourcing solution with respect to various non-core business processes & consultancy on various compliances mainly related to Income Tax, FEMA, FCRA, GST & Labour laws. The company was established by a collaboration of Chartered Accountants & Finance professionals who have been experts in these areas for last more than fifteen years and now focus on the following areas:
- Statutory Compliances in Taxation (Direct & Indirect), Labour Laws, Companies Act, FCRA & FEMA.
- Outsourcing of Payroll, Fixed Assets Register, Expenses Processing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable etc. (Domestic and international).
- Recruitment Services.
- Syndication of loan, Process re-engineering, Due Dilligence & Business Restructuring.
