CREDIT RISK ASSESSMENTS

We stand by the 5 C’s of credit – character, capacity, condition, capital and collateral. This includes site visit, data analysis, SWOT analysis, data verification and physical verification among other things. Our experience with banks and financial institutions have not only been helpful in developing efficient reporting formats of stock audits and other inspections as above, but also in strengthening their existing monitoring system.

Due diligence:

A comprehensive appraisal of a business undertaken by a prospective buyer, especially to establish its assets and liabilities and evaluate its commercial potential. Our focal points in this exercise include compliances with various laws like Companies Act, FEMA, Income Tax Act, GST Act along with analysis of business returns over the years and prospective returns.

Stock audits:

It generally refers to the physical verification of inventory however, at times, also includes valuation of inventory depending upon the assignment and requirements. We have niche experience on stock audit for major banks in India.

Collateral inspections:

A collateral inspection generally takes place before a bank agrees to the loan contract. We offer inspection and property data collection solutions for your collateral needs

Factoring Audit:

Factoring is the use of a borrowing entity’s accounts receivable as the basis for a financing arrangement with a lender. The borrower is willing to accept a factoring arrangement when it needs cash sooner than the payment terms under which its customers are obligated to pay. Factors are usually willing to advance funds quite rapidly under this type of arrangement.

Our senior managers have a wide range of experience in factoring audits for banks and financial institutions which has helped us augment client satisfaction under this section of our service.

Pre-sanction & post-sanction fund utilisation audit:

Banks and financial institutions conduct a pre-sanction inspection or audit process for the verification of borrower, the documents and data submitted and sanctioning of the loan/limits whereas the main purpose of post-sanction Inspection is to verify the actual use of the loan to see whether it has been used for the purpose for which it was originally sanctioned. Our senior managers have been associated with many banking and financial institutions in their career and have niche experience in this area.
